What We Will Do

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Zambianface will:

  • Review the complaint promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user who submitted the content (if applicable)

Repeat infringers may have their access to Zambianface suspended or terminated.


Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your full legal name, address, and email
  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts

We will review counter-notices and, where appropriate, restore content according to DMCA regulations.
