I Am Quiet Now Before The Lord, PSALM 131:2
I am quiet now! Be like a child today, content with the pleasure God gives you. Do not continually seek great things, but accept small gifts from God. These are the sweet beginnings of life.
In becoming a child, you must begin losing your own will and start accepting God’s love and purpose in your life. Wait for your life to be measured out by God, and be content with the portion He hands you.
When pleasure is gone and sorrow enters for a while, rest quietly in God; be patient and secure in His loving, most powerful arms.
