Meet: Musonda Bwalya
On the surface, Musonda Bwalya is an accomplished pageant director with 7 years of experience in the modelling industry. She is the second born from a family of 3.
Hailing from Lusaka, Musonda‘s lovesick has been proportioned to her late parents (RIP). Despite her grief-stricken, she’s a very hardworking and determined lady, inspired by her late mother.
However, not only Musonda is the Founder and Director for Miss Peace Zambia, but also the Iconic Modelling Management CEO, and the National Director for Face Of Beauty International Zambia, including Miss Charm, Miss Teen Globe, Miss Eco Tourism World, and Miss Glam.
Her pageants are the dazzling state qualifiers for the prestigious Miss Peace Zambia competition, so Musonda is super hardworking! She has experienced an outstanding career in the pageant industry, and she’s a well-known and much beloved director.
Musonnda has worked with various models around the country, most of them have emerged victorious under her pageants, like:
Liyah Phiri (1st Miss Peace Zambia)
Cecilia Kongwa (2nd Miss Peace Zambia)
Salifyanji Namonje (3rd Miss Peace Zambia)
Kaseba Lupiya (4th & current Miss Peace Zambia)
Also, worked with Cynthia Sakala, 1st Face Of Beauty International Zambia Queen under her management who went and represented Zambia India at the World Finals, she won and got awarded as Miss Congeniality.
Dorcas Nyirongo, Face Of Beauty International Zambia 2019, who went to represent Zambia in the Philippine among 50 beauty queens from around the world.
Lucy Malindi, Miss Globe Zambia and was represented by her 2nd runner up, Jasinta Chanda at the Miss Globe World Finals in China 2017, Christina Sakala represented Zambia under her management at Miss Tourism World Image in China, Grace Mwila, the current Miss Charm, yet to represent Zambia in Vietnam, yet to grace Zambia at Miss Glam in India is Tsepo Sepiso.
Also, sent Esther Chipili to represent Zambia at the Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide in the Philippines 2019.
More than her role as a National Director, Musonda is also effective at persuading and influencing high-ranking individuals. Her opinions are highly valued, people trust and respect her judgments. She’s worked and groomed a lot of beauty queens, currently having 50 girls under her management.
In particular, she was awarded as the most outstanding national director 2019 at Face of Beauty International in the Philippines. And later won an award in Zambia by Zambia and Fashion Models Award for being consistent in promoting local and international pageants.
